Telephone Advice
All
Doctors are available normally between 11am and 11.30am to give
telephone advice after their morning surgery. Patients are advised to
telephone before 11am to arrange this.

Test Results
Test Results can be obtained in person or over the telephone after 11am. Please note results can only be given to the patient or the patient's guardian if the patient is a minor. The telephone number for this service is 01538 399152.
Home Visits
Home Visits are for patients who are unable to come to the Practice because of serious illness and infirmity. To ask for a Home Visit, please call 01538 399302 before 11am. All Home Visit requests will be attended by the Duty Doctor for that day. All home visit requests after 11am will be seen by the Duty Doctor after their afternoon surgery.
Registering
If you are new to the area and require to register at our Practice with one of our GP's please come into the Practice and ask at our Reception Desk. This is best done in the afternoon to ensure the admin staff have more time to go through things with you. They tend to be very busy in the mornings. If you have a medical card, please bring this with you. If your PC has a suitable spreadsheet program, why not save time by downloading the registration form and fill it in before you come. Following your registration you will be required to have a new patient check to enable your registration to be complete. An appointment will be offered with our Health Care Support Worker. You will also be given a new patient Information Pack.
