Appointments

All our surgeries are by appointment and can be made in person, telephone (01538 399152) or online. This is a scheme called Advance Access. We offer same day appointments for the Doctors and Nurse Practitioner. We offer pre-bookable appointments if needed and online appointments booking facility, details can be obtained from our reception. Book Online

Disabled Access: - all clinical rooms in our Practice are readily accessible to patients in wheelchairs and the patients' toilets are designed to accommodate those with disabilities. Please ask for any assistance you may need.

Urgent appointments are available each day with the Duty Doctor.

Prescriptions

Routine prescription request will be dealt with within 48 hours and can be requested by person, telephone or online. Prescription requests can be made by calling 01538 399152 between 12pm and 6pm Monday to Friday. If medication is required urgently please try to request this as soon as the telephone line opens at 12pm and it should be ready to collect by 5pm the same day. If the medication is needed for a certain time in the day every effort will be made to fulfil this request, alternatively patients can contact their local Pharmacist who may be able to advance their medication until the prescription is ready.
