Appointments
All our surgeries are by appointment and can be made in person, telephone (01538 399152) or online. This is a scheme called Advance Access. We offer same day appointments for the Doctors and Nurse Practitioner. We offer pre-bookable appointments if needed and online appointments booking facility, details can be obtained from our reception. Book Online
Disabled Access: - all clinical rooms in our Practice are readily accessible to patients in wheelchairs and the patients' toilets are designed to accommodate those with disabilities. Please ask for any assistance you may need.
Urgent appointments are available each day with the Duty Doctor.
Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by:
- Drop in to the Practice and speak to a receptionist;
- By asking a Pharmacy to order and collect for you;
- By posting in with a SAE for posting back out;
- by using our Internet facility - please see reception for your log in details. Please bring with you your passport, driving licence or any other form of photographic ID. To order your repeat prescription online, visit Order Online
For repeat prescriptions, please allow 48 hours:
- Request before 5pm Monday Ready Wednesday after 4pm
- Request before 5pm Tuesday Ready Thursday after 4pm
- Request before 5pm Wednesday Ready Friday after 4pm
- Request before 5pm Thursday Ready Monday after 4pm
- Request before 5pm Friday Ready Tuesday after 4pm
